What's the easiest way to manage multiple Google Developer accounts?

Guys, I'm drowning in work right now, can barely grab a bite or get some kip. Keep jumping between different projects across multiple Google Developer accounts, running about ten browsers at once. Everything crawls, freezes up, kills my productivity. Any simpler way to handle all these accounts?

Take more rest mate. Can't chase every dollar out there and all these projects'll destroy your health. Only real fix is grabbing a beefier computer so the lag stops being an issue. Working this hard means you can afford an upgrade anyway.

I wouldn't drop cash on a better rig. RAM costs an arm and a leg right now anyway. Smarter move is grabbing a multi-account browser that opens tons of tabs, each one handling a separate account.
