Hi there — I’m Manish, working in operations at Efficient Tourism. My role involves coordinating logistics for the new year party in Dubai Creek - checking ticket bookings, seating arrangements and managing dinner and beverage services on board. I liaise with the cruise crew and kitchen staff so the buffet, soft drinks and midnight cake-cutting go off without a hitch. I love working behind the scenes - to make sure guests get a stress-free and festive New Year celebration.
